1. Overview & Engagement
Webify IN ("we", "us", "our") provides freelance website design, development, and digital setup services to businesses and professionals based in India and internationally. By requesting a free consultation, approving a proposal, or initiating any project with us, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Consultations, pricing estimates, and initial project alignment are conducted via WhatsApp click-to-chat, phone calls, or email interfaces. No contract is formed until pricing and project scope are explicitly agreed upon.
2. Project Scope & Delivery
Our project delivery times (e.g., our average delivery of 5 days) depend on prompt client communication, content provisions, and quick feedback loops. We commit to:
- Responsive Design: Crafting modern, high-quality, mobile-first websites.
- Revisions & Tweaks: Modifying the website mockups and layouts according to the project specifications until alignment is reached.
- Milestone Updates: Sharing progress updates through temporary test URLs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the Client's failure to provide necessary assets (images, copy, logos) or prompt feedback on design drafts.
3. Pricing, Deposits & Payments
- All project rates are decided individually after the free consultation, based on the customer's specific business requirements.
- For standard website builds, a 50% upfront deposit is required before any development work begins.
- The remaining 50% balance is payable immediately upon project completion and before the final website is transferred, published, or pointed to the Client's primary domain.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, net banking, or direct bank transfer. All deposits are non-refundable once design and development work has commenced.
4. Domain, Hosting & Subscriptions
Webify IN assists Clients with selecting, purchasing, and configuring domain names (e.g., `.in`, `.com`) and hosting platforms (e.g., Vercel, Netlify, Hostinger).
- Client Ownership: The domain registration and hosting subscriptions are registered in the Client's name to ensure full ownership.
- Recurring Costs: All annual or monthly renewals for domains and hosting services are the sole financial responsibility of the Client.
- Service Outages: We do not host the sites on our own infrastructure. We are not liable for third-party hosting server downtime, domain registrar issues, or network outages.
5. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Upon receipt of full final payment, all rights, title, and ownership of the customized website design, layout assets, and codebase are transferred directly to the Client. We reserve the right to display screenshots and links to the completed website in our design portfolio and showcase galleries.
6. Post-Launch Support & Maintenance
We provide complimentary support for 14 days after the website launch to fix any bugs, alignment issues, or typos. Post-launch content additions, feature changes, or long-term maintenance requests are subject to additional service fees, which will be mutually decided before starting.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.
